PLACING AN ORDER
When an order is placed, a confirmation of your order item(s) and amount charged to your credit card will be sent to your email address. This document will contain your unique order number and details of the items you have purchased. Please keep this documentation somewhere safe in the unlikely event you have a problem.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
VERIFICATION & SHIPPING
When placing your order please make sure the billing address and shipping address are the same. In the event that your information does not match, your order may be held pending verification and we may contact you directly to update this information. We have the right to cancel and refund your order if we do not receive a response after three attempts.
Once payment has been received and availability of the product is verified, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered in your order. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1- 3 business days. If your order needs verification of payment, it may delay the processing of your order.
Applicable sales tax of 8% will be added to all purchases shipping to California.
We welcome and accept international orders and ship to most countries. International orders are subject to Import Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. Please note that Kuyawear has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event the goods you have ordered are no longer available.
Kuyawear does not accept returns. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the quickest response.
